Payment & Currency

We accept credit cards and debit cards via ecpay. All listed prices are in USD.

Shipping

Shipping Area & Method

We ship worldwide, generally we ship via Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd.Express.

All orders are sent from Taipei ,Taiwan.

 

For orders destined to Taiwan, please visit here.

Delivery Time

International delivery via Chunghwa Post is estimated to arrive in 3-9 business days after your order has been accepted.

Delays at customs may extend the delivery time beyond this estimation.

Shipping Costs

According to the weight and destination of your order, shipping costs will vary from $10-$150 USD.

Duties & Taxes

Please be noticed that there will be additional charges from customs clearance.
Customs duties and excise taxes may occur according to the import tariff regulations.
The cost will be covered by the recipient.

Depending on the value and the type of goods imported, you may expect the following:

- Customs import duties (percentage of shipment value and transport charges)
- Local tax
Chunghwa Post Advance Payment surcharge

- Any regulatory charges, if applicable

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email including an air waybill number. You can use this number to track your package online.

Return Procedure

1.Email us with the following information:

• Order Number • Purchaser’s Name • Reason for Return

2. Ship the returned product(s) to Ty Lee Pen Shop together with:

• Original packaging • Original Invoice

3. Check your mail for further notice

*Please be noticed that customized pens with engraving are not returnable.

 

Withdrawals

We don’t have areturn and exchanges policy,To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us atinfo@tyleepens.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your returned item has successfully been approved and received by

Ty Lee Pen Shop, the purchase price will be refunded to your account.

Import taxes, customs, duties, shipping costs will not be refunded, even if its a partial return.
