Following the celebrated “Fuji Five Lakes” (2011–2016) and “Fuji Shunkei” (2017–2021) series, Platinum launched the Fuji Unkei series in 2023. Drawing inspiration from the mystical landscapes of Mount Fuji enshrouded in mist, the second release is called KASUMI – meaning “mist” in Japanese.

Design Highlights:

Body engraved with “Kasumi” patterns—delicate overlapping circles inspired by traditional Japanese art
Misty green cap and grip section evoke the fog-laden foothills of Mount Fuji
Subtle reflections and textures capture the shifting beauty of nature

Each pen includes a specially blended 20ml bottle of “Fuji no Akebono” ink, inspired by the purple glow of Mount Fuji at dawn. This ink shifts in color with light, reflecting greenish hues reminiscent of early morning light on the mountain.
