To commemorate its 90th anniversary in 2008, PILOT released the Toki Raden—a limited-edition fountain pen that blends traditional raden (mother-of-pearl inlay) artistry with modern precision craftsmanship.

• Craftsmanship｜ Layers of urushi lacquer create a deep, reflective surface, emphasizing the natural shimmer of the raden design.
